Adherence to turn around times (TAT) and  Approval Ratio on customer loan requests, as defined in KRA
Decision and recommendation of Used car  Cases as per deviation matrix,  Process initiatives, training and market visits, feedback received from sales teams and dealer partners to be implemented
Building a quality portfolio
Adherence to the basic tenets of the Risk and Credit Policy note, regular analysis of the portfolio, reviewing the non-starter cases, meeting the delinquent customers, monthly reviews with the team
Third party interactions
Hand holding the key vendors – like data entry team,  field investigation agencies, the valuation agencies – their training, recruitment, ensuring our SLAs on TAT are over achieved regularly.
Meeting the dealers- for feedback on our processes, being able to get to the root cause of problems related to our processes
Periodic reviews of the key early warning indicators of the quality
To review – credit frauds, documentation frauds, quality of underwriting on customer files- through feedback received from the Policy Team
Team mentoring
Grooming and managing the Credit Executives, Policy Training of Team
Adherence of Shikhar Process
Attend the Cell Huddle; conduct Lean Audit of Any Cell, Conduct CPC Huddle with Credit and Ops Manager, measures for lower SUD and Rework.
Data Entry quality check, Internal and Concurrent Audit Revert
